WELCOME

Mark and Ashley Mudge
Mark grew up in a home where the Word of God was taught. Although he prayed to receive Christ as a child, he later recognized that he was living a life of hypocrisy and anger. God revealed his need for Jesus, saved him and leading him to a radical transformation.
He studied Aviation Maintenance at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and worked in the aviation industry for eight years while also pursuing theological training at his local church and Reformed Baptist Seminary.
Mark met his wife, Ashley, at church during missionary trips to Guatemala, which deepened their passion for God’s glory and the salvation of souls. Happily married since 2009, they look forward to seeing how God will build His church in Guatemala.
Lee and Gabriela Russi
We are the Russis! My name is Lee, and I’ve been married to my wife, Gabriela, since March 2000. We have two boys: Judah, and Ezra. Since August 2010, we've attended Cornerstone Baptist Church, and by God’s grace, we’re now called to assist with our church’s first plant, Iglesia Biblica Antorcha, in Guatemala City. Under Pastor Mark Mudge’s guidance, we’ll focus on translation, evangelism, and event organization.
Before my salvation, I struggled with disdain for Hispanic culture and the Spanish language, causing tension in my marriage. However, God restored our relationship and gave me a love for the Spanish language and a desire to share the Gospel.
Both Gabriela and I felt a strong calling to missions, and it’s amazing how God connected us to this church plant. We ask for your prayers as we serve our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, in Guatemala City.
“May the Lamb that was slain receive the reward of His suffering!”
